Another investment property remodeling in Piedmont near Moraga Rd. The A frame cabin style roofing and interior woodwork were identities we wanted to maintain. We restored the woodwork throughout the house combined by a modern kitchen style as reasonable price point. Bathrooms were completely gutted with all new plumbing throughout the house. 

New HVAC system with a dedicated thermostat for each room is a great feature we included.
