Major renovation and custom build of a 4,200 sqf hilltop property. Improvements included layout changes, expansion and raising ceiling height in some areas. All new electrical, plumbing, doors and windows and all interior finishing components with custom made high quality craftsmanship.

This project required high level of communication with various stakeholders including owner, designers, architect and a third party inspection at certain milestones.

The smart home is now controlled through a secure App accessing lights, shades, locks, security cameras, HVAC, sound and media center, etc.
